CELEBRATING LIFE AS AN ACT OF DEVOTION
What if the ancestors were right?
What if celebrating life is a way of staying alive?

Dancing with the Gods is an invitation to celebrate being alive in a body, in a symbiotic relationship with the sacred divine.
It’s an invitation to discover your own delight through music, movement, imagery, and myth.
One day, after years of studying astrology on one side and somatics (the nervous system) on the other, I realized I could write you a sermon or teach you a class on the Sun (Helios, Ra!).

Or I could create a sensory experience where you wouldn’t merely hear me talk about the Sun. Instead, you could catch the fire, feel the joy in. your. body, and become intoxicated by the Sun’s warmth, energetically.
The solar song I created for you is its own form of worship.
A liturgy in a disco groove

That song alone holds the elements of sacred worship I learned in seminary, and on my own, working with my ancestors who embodied the Gods. Some of those elements are:
- Invocation
- Rhythm
- Communal response
- An archetypal divine figure
- Movement
- Sensuality
- The abundant generosity of the Sun
- And even a sense of humor
That song is a whole liturgy hiding inside a disco groove. I love it so much, and I hope you will too.
Mmm! It’s Sunny + Delicious!
Joy is the offering
This could have been a lecture about solar vitality. Instead, I turned it into an actual experience of solar vitality.
I want us to come home to our bodies and live there fully.
If the body cannot participate in worship, I can no longer call it worship.
I could write you a long sermon or essay on why our joy is sacred. Instead, I’ve chosen to create an atmosphere where the joy in the body becomes the offering we give to the Sun God.
I was born under a Full Moon in Leo, so this is my creative and devotional practice. It has the right to exist.

After leaving behind my ministerial career, depressed, depleted, and disconnected, my vocation became making embodied experiences of the Gods, as many of my ancestors did.
This was the beginning of a new body of work.
The Benevolence of Life invites you into this feast.
Enjoy. Savor. Nourish. Become strong.
Then let’s transform the systems that have separated us from the divine, and let’s build a new earth, sustainably.
The somatic bridge
Embodying the Gods.
Music and movement to feel each divine frequency in your own animal body.
The Gods live in the body: in the hips, the belly, the breath, the throat, the shine in the eyes. Each music video is a vessel for one divine frequency.
You move from the head down into the body, and begin dancing, swaying, and feeling the frequency in your own animal body. This is how the Gods are embodied.
Dancing with the Gods
Feel the frequency in your animal body.
Press play. Let the music arrive in your body. Dance, sway, and feel the frequency: Mercury’s enchantment, Venus’s pleasure, Mars’s passion, the Moon’s tenderness.
Each music video is a somatic vessel for embodying the Gods. The music, the images, and your own movement bring you into an encounter with the divine presence within.
We are feeding them vibes.
Why we celebrate
The gods feed on reverberation.
The intellectual mind tries to understand ascension, healing, and reality creation through concepts. But freeze and survival don't live in concepts—they live in the nervous system, in the fascia, in the soft belly and hips.
The gods don't feed on our analysis; they feed on reverberation. When we say "we are feeding them vibes," it is literal animistic technology:
You cannot think your way out of freeze.
The animal body has to hear the drum, feel Venus's sweetness, feel Mercury's mischievous rhythm, and let the cells remember pleasure.
When the animal body moves, the container stops holding old fear and starts reverberating with divine frequency.
Celebration is devotional medicine.

A feast for the Gods inside each human psyche.
The Gods inside us are hungry. They need to be fed, offered libations. Feast of the Gods is the sacred myth that holds this dance: Psyche’s journey home to her own medicine.

A NOTE FROM REVERENT MARIELA
About this project and AI Use.
I have this dream. I want to honor the Gods in a GRAND way! I was born under a full moon in Leo, so I like theater. I dream of a church-theater where we can honor the gods with the grand reverence they deserve — but until that dream materializes, I offer them (and the collective this website/programs/music.)
The words and theology you find here are mine. Writing has been my main identity for most of my life. I started this craft around age seven, writing on the edges of newspaper print because my family was so poor we couldn’t afford notebooks. I have been writing for hours each day of my life ever since, and I’ve written volumes.
Now AI allows me to share my writing and theology across the Mother Web.
AI puts these words into sound that the body can feel, pouring my devotional theology into containers that reverberate through the body, elevating Psyche closer to the divine.
Ministers have always played whatever instrument their era gave them (the printing press, the hymnal, the radio…). With Uranus in Gemini visiting my Saturn, AI music is revolutionizing my ministry.
This work is about ELEVATION. In Human Design, my Sun and Mercury are in Gate 54, which is ultimately about ASCENSION. Dancing with the Gods is about lifting the spirit, lifting the energy in the body closer to the divine frequencies of Joy (the Sun), Beauty (Venus), Eros (Intimacy), Courage (Mars), Generosity (Jupiter), Creative Intelligence (Mercury)…
My work is to support your little web (your node within the Mother Web) in getting nourished by the Benevolence of Life.
I went to a liberal seminary and was ordained by the Unitarian Universalist denomination, but right now I’m serving the Living Kosmos. I feel I've been commissioned to nourish the gods within the human psyche. And my Mars (my vocation) is in Gate 27, which is often referred to as “The Feast of the Gods.” I’m living my purpose, sharing my medicine, and supporting others on their journey of maturation, which is what brings TRANSFORMATION.
May you enjoy the ambrosia, divine nectar I’ve poured into this project.
